I wore this for Halloween trick o' treating and i had no issues with the costume, it fit very well and i had no worries of people stepping on the cape. it hung just above the heal. bought a pair of dress pants on clearance to match the costume. i ordered a real metal medallion to replace to plastic one that comes with the costume. also bought the skull walking cane, the Scarecrow fangs and coffin sunglasses (black).
The alterations were very simple. the chain on the cape wouldn't go over my head. i removed and used suspender clasps and chains so i could put it on with out pulling it over my head.
The plastic medallion replaces with a metal medallion similar in design and used red ribbon for the necklace.
The best part of this costume is that it comes with it own suit zipper case that hangs in your closet.
This is definitely worth it if your looking to be a vampire.
