When I returned it, the store clerk told me that if I wanted a mask that fit, I should have gotten a child's sized one & that all of the adult masks are extra large (I have a big head, but it didn't even come close to working). He claimed that most people put foam/pillows in the mask to fill it out. I will never try Spirit again. Ridiculous.
