I was really excited to get this costume for my niece based on the description, price and picture. The costume is nothing like any of those things. Unless I was ripped off this costume was incomplete and would not recommend anyone to buy it.

The picture is complete faults advertising. The wings are tiny, not large like the picture, there are only 4 lights not the 13 shown in the picture and it is not a complete dress, just panels. Since I bought it from Spirit online and it is a Spirit brand I contacted them about the problem and they promised to email back in 24 hours and they never did so I found their customer service to be horrible.

This costume surprised me. One of the reviews said it had dark blue lights and I almost didn't buy it. I guess they didn't turn them on because they are LED bright lights and they change color, flashing smoothly--my daughter squealed with delight when she saw. She said, "I'm going to win the costume contest!" and I do believe she might!

The costume fits her perfectly--she's a size 7 and she wore a medium. The fabric has many layers--I was very pleased. It's not as nice as a homemade costume (I sew my own), but I didn't have time this year and it was worth it. Second to that (but I spend a lot on fabric when I make them--at least $50.)
