I bought this fro the website after seeing one my sister had picked up before Halloween. Upon delivery I noticed it was missing the right arm, I figured it wasn't a big deal but then when it animates it is missing a vital part of it that adds depth of charachter and visual stimulation. I contacted SOH and they sent out a replacement, unfortunately the replacement was also mising an arm. Contacted them and they have yet to get back to me. It's been over a week. Shop elsewhere.

i should have read the size more closely. it is really small. can hold in palm of hand, and is just little bigger than soda can.

But the sound is good, and looks really good otherwise. just really small
