We used it for my husband's robot costume to cover his face, neck, upper chest, and upper back. The tubes were bigger than I thought. I bought three tubes, but ended up only needing one. I wouldn't say it's easy to apply, but do-able. I would reccomend using a base coat, like a light foundation or an actual foundation base product, to get more even coverage. Plan to apply it in several thick coats. But once on, it had a great effect. Not just grey, but definitely metallic. Perfect for a robot!
