I had to cut and create my own design because my face is a bit smaller than what the pre-designed face tattoo was designed for; however, it still looked amazing, you just have to get creative! The eye tattoo was the hardest to apply. Take your time. I was glad I had the second sheet in there so that when I messed up I could reapply it. I filled in the eye socket with black face make-up (everything: eye-lid, eyebrow, around the eye up to the face tattoo) and then applied dark purple glitter eye shadow everywhere (eye lid, eyebrow, around the eye up to the face tattoo) to create a dark haunting look. IT was so authentic everyone absolutely loved it and I paired it with a bright red rose hair clip that I bought from the same Halloween store to put in my hair, a grey wool shawl I found in my closet, and rosaries that I had bought while I was in Bethlehem in the West Bank. It was perfect!! The Day of the Dead is one of my most favorite holidays to celebrate.
