Ordered a girls Med and was sent the hat only...When I called they were of course out of the girls Med and all I could get was a teen small. VERY small...Would not let my teen wear it! Shoulders are very loose as well. Disappointing!

Order did not come and no reason was provided. Now the costume is no longer in stock and I was told 4-6 weeks till the credit me back. My daughter was so disappointed, tears were flying. I will never order from you guys again. We ordered early in september to avoid this. I never received notice that order had been returned to sender because of no commercial paperwork.....very disappointed.....
