The reason for the low rating is because I received this my costume on a Thursday afternoon. The costume was to consist of 3 parts: the jacket/shirt, the hat, and the mask. Unfortunately, it did not have the hat in the package when it was shipped. I tried having it re-sent, but they said it would take 2-3 days at best. I was then told I could not return it to a store. My only option was to keep it and get a small credit or return it once shipping labels arrived in the mail. Due to the investment my group of friends had put into the costumes, I elected to keep it and purchase a hat as a substitute. I then had to talk the operator into giving me 30% money back which didn't add up to anything since I had to run out on Friday evening and spend more money on a substitute.

Having said this, the costume that was received was good. It was easy to put on and not hot at all. I got multiple compliments on it as well.

this is horrible. It does not even look like the picture displayed. It very cheap and the hat will probably not fit you. Also the mask is really bad.

Not enough costume to make the character and quality sucks. You get a shirt with buttons that look like there falling off. Also comes with small size hat and extremely cheap mask which the eye holes were cut out in the wrong places. At least include the pants like in the joker and twoface costume which are the same price. The material is shiny, the collars won't stay in place and velcro is falling off. Wish this spirit exclusive included a full costume or at least a little quality. I know its a Halloween costume but for the price I expected a little better.
