I'm an average size girl (5'3" and 134 lbs) and the shoulders are WAY too tight. I can barely move in it. I would have expected a "standard" size to fit much better.

I'm not small but I'm not a big girl by any stretch of the imagination, I'm 5'3" and 130lbs and the jacket was way too tight around the shoulders. I bought the regular size and I could barely even get it on! I felt as though I need to return it and go up to a plus size!
