The sizing chart on the website does not include height, which is very important with these 1 piece suits. Please see the below hight chart from the actual product package.
M: Max Height 5'4"
LG: Max Height 5'10"
XL: Max Height 6'3"
Also note, these suits do not stretch much, so i wouldnt try to fit into anything that hax a max height more than 1 inch shorter than your actual height
