I was so excited to find this costume online. I had it rush delivered so it would make it to my home before a Halloween party that was a few days away. When I tried it on, however, I could not fit the dress over my head or my hips. There is no elastic or stretch in the tiny waist of the dress. I'm a petite person and usually wear a size 0-2. I ordered a size Small/2-4. This should have fit, but it was manufactured poorly. Unfortunately I couldn't even return it because the maximum postmark date for Halloween returns had passed, and if I could have found a store they would've only given me an exchange not a full refund. I had to improvise a costume for the Halloween party. I was highly disappointed in the costume from Spirit Halloween. I won't order a costume from Spirit Halloween again.

Couldn't get over head! Sized for a skinny 10 yr old. Did the manufacturer try this on a person? Had to cut 6 inch slit under arms to get over shoulders!

I really liked the design, color and over-all look of this costume, but the sizes were way off. I ordered a small (which I determined by taking my measurements). I could barely get the dress on over my shoulders/chest, there was no elasticity. Once it was on, it fit pretty good and was comfortable. The arm bands were also very tight and not comfortable until I made my own adjustments. The vest was WAY too big, and did not fit and did not look good until I made my own adjustments as well.
