Nice and sturdy metal meat hook, with a wooden screw on handle that hooks through nose and one eye. We love how the skin is peeled back from the skull. Very gory looking, even up pretty close. The hair looks cool blowing in the breeze as well. I am happy I purchased one for my severed head collection. He has 5 other friends to hang with now!
