I bought this for my daughter for Trick or Treating and she loved how the skirt lit up, but she couldn't even get her arms into the sleeves. It was way too tight. She wears a 5 normally, so I thought the Small would be perfect (4-6)....just not big enough around the sleeves. Had to return it.
