Comments about Mini Witch Hat:
The elastic strap snapped about 5 seconds after I put it on. And it was super tight in that short amount of time. I wound up sewing some elastic strips into the sides and putting a headband in as I couldn't find another mini witch hat anywhere and this one was super cute. The online description didn't mention how the hat was secured, which it should have.
