I purchased this for Halloween, but found a better use for it. I bought the red one. My friend and I make YouTube videos, and used the mask as a character "The Red Menace" WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH IT!

I bought one of these for my mom for Mothers Day. [...] I painted a brass one with some red spray paint and left the eyes, teeth and horns the regular colour. It looks wonderful. I'm also using the black one as a Green Goblin mask. That too is working out quite well.I have one that is still brass, and that one is hanging above our new(New to us; it's antique) piano. It looks wonderful. To wear, the mask is very comfortable. It's of a hard and rather thick plastic that fits snugly on your head with 3 straps, and has thick foam padding on the inside of the mask.Also, for those who aren't so much into customization, an easy way of making the brass one look a bit more antiqued is just to brush on a very light bit of black acrylic paint and wiping it off of the main surfaces, leaving it in the creases.To simplify all that - it's a great mask as is, but even better if you make a few little adjustments yourself.Although I haven't done it yet, this would also make a very good Samurai mask if you cut off the upper half.
