Its a wonderful store and will go back. I will tell people about Spirit Halloween.
Comments about Spirit Deluxe Black Petticoat:
I bought this to put under my flirty french maid costume, and it made it really pop! My costume without the petticoat is VERY short but this just put the perfect length to it, and gave it a nice flow. The petticoat IS see through and even under the costume you could see my undies so I am gonna wear shorts underneath.

Comments about Spirit Deluxe Black Petticoat:
You are suppose to wear this under a costume to make the skirt pop out a little more.. it makes the costume look really 100% better and adds a little flair at the bottom.. super cute. I have more of a coak bottle figure and it was a little bit tight on my hips, but not too bad. I just wish that they gave a little bit more in the waist area . But it makes it look so much better. Whoever said that this looks like it can be worn and that they tried to make it look like it wasnt see through.. you can see the girls underwear in the pic.. you just messed up and werent paying attention, it is exactly what it looks like and is just as long. I would def buyit for a leg ave type costume.

Comments about Spirit Deluxe Black Petticoat:
in response to the poster above: it's a petticoat, it's made to be worn underneath a costume, not on its own. I just didn't think that one "1 star" review should judge this product.

Comments about Spirit Deluxe Black Petticoat:
I ordered this petticoat for Halloween. I intended to wear it alone, without a skirt over it. That's not going to happen, b/c it's see-through.Don't be fooled by the photo; this skirt looks exactly like item # 01003128. Now that I see the skirt in person, I can tell that the model was scrunching it together so it appears opaque and shorter than it actually is. [...]
