I love the petticoat. Really made my costume. Great for adding a bit of lenth to some of the very short costume skirts. Comes kind of wrinkled and smashed, but shakes out nice and good fullness. Elastic waistband is great to make it as short or as long as needed. I will use this again for futures costumes.
