It is bacically a really short see thru dress with 2 large eyes on it nothing to special about it honestly. You can bearly tell its a Pac Man ghost unless youre standing next to a actuall Pac Man costume. I'm having to buy leggings just to wear it bc it is just way to short plus extreamly SEE THRU.
