Item# 01082031
It's Inky the Blue Ghost! Inky is whimsical and easily distracted! But look out! Not only is Pac-Man the most recognizable video game character ever, 2010 was the 30th Anniversary AND there's a rockin' costume for this Halloween!
The officially licensed Inky Pac-Man Ghost adult mens is a two-in-one blue poly-foam character tunic that can be worn two ways - on top of the head or over the head; the costume is completed with a pair of white character gloves.

Comments about Pac-Man Inky Ghost Adult Costume:

My best friend and I coordinate costumes for Halloween each year, so this year was Pacman. The Pacman costume is VERY well made and well worth the price. This one is a bit pricey for what you're getting. It's very flimsy and has no structure whatsoever. When you wear it with your head exposed it just limply hangs there like a tunic and it gets all bunched up so you can't tell what it is. And if you want to wear it so your head is covered, it just drapes down so you can't tell what the costume is at all unless you hold your arms in a circle position over your head.

I tried sewing wire in-that didn't work. So I fashioned a headband with a untwisted wire hanger, it's the best solution possible given the complete lack of structure and without your arms falling asleep.

Also doesn't come with the white gloves.
