I bought it at the spirit of halloween store in our city and when we got home and took it out of the package the wings didnt have any color and they were dull and colorless not as bright or even noticeable like the distinctly colorful picture you see above ... with all respect we spray painted the wings and put some glitter fabric paint on them and brought them back to life !

It's a very cute costume for my 4yr.old. She loves it. Fits her great, and still have room to put clothing underneath if need be.

This is an adorable costume! I also bought one for my 7 year old as well. The only thing I notice is that the wings don't really look like the ones in the picture. The design on the wings isn't as brightly colored and looks somewhat dark. The wings weren't like this with my older daughter's costume. You also need to take the time to separate and fluff the tulle skirt because of it being packaged. Other than that it is a great costume.
