This is a high quality mask. It's very sturdy, which is why I like to use it as a base to build new masks on. It's great on it's own too! I've bought and used two so far and I'll probably buy more in the future! :)

This hockey mask is a classic for those wishing to portray their favorite mass murderer, Jason Voorhees. While the mask is great on its own I suggest painting the mask to make it more screen accurate like some of the more expensive screen replicas made out of fiberglass. Though this mask is just a plastic mask, it doesn't feel flimsy at all like some other "knock off" Jason hockey masks on the market. I've had two of these masks and while the first one's elastic band broke on me after a while it lasted a good four years. A year ago I bought a new one and customized it again to make it look like the mask from Friday the 13th Part 3, my favorite Jason flick. To make the best neat looking triangles on the forehead and cheeks, I suggest using a ruler and blue painter's tape. Then I painted it with acrylic model paint and it was all set. This mask is a classic and I was glad I could find another one after my first one broke five years ago.
