This was a cute costume all together, and you can wear the top as a normal top, but the thing is, the belt is WAY too small, it was too small for even my sister who's a LOT skinnier than me, but the top and skirt fit fine.
THE SKIRT YOU GET IS NOT THE ONE PICTURED. The skirt you get is a VERY cheap semi-see-though plain black one, there's no pink trim or ANYTHING. So please, don't buy this online or you'll have to do a lot of editing like I did. (Buy in stores so you can try it on)

I bought this costume for last year's halloween! I wore it for a party for my school dance and for trick-or-treating! It can be worn any where. When I looked at the size the bottoms were smaller than the top so the bottoms were snug. Also the belt around the waist was snug and a smaller size than the top. So, I think they switched sizes and mix-matched the sizes. But over all the costume was great! yay!
