I am very pleased with this product and I will be wearing this costume for Halloween!
The striped skirt is separate. The top is connected to the blue skirt that layers over that. Everything else is separate too, which is nice ~ can vary the costume in a year or so and reuse pieces.
The only problem I had was a couple of the cards were blemished on the back. Maybe covering about 10% of the cards. But for Halloween and not for real tarot readings ... this will be okay.

I wore this last year for handing out treats. So many people loved it and I plan to mix up the pieces a bit for other costumes, so while I'm using the same costume, will be doing different things with the pieces so I'm not the same old thing every year.

The only thing I was upset about with this costume..is after I recieved it...3days before halloween...I noticed 2small areas that had holes in them...both at the seams...paying [$] for something I will have to have fixed by a seamstress...not to happy about that...but overall it was a very good costume!
