As the previous poster pointed out, this is very poorly fitted. I was able to work around the short vest/shirt combo by wearing a white t-shirt underneath. This helped with a bit of warmth for bar-hopping.

It doesn't come with a mustache, which worked out well, because you can then choose your own style. This is great for parties for carrying extra drinks to hand out to the ladies. I had to use a different apron because the one provided is so thin it looks stupid.

With a bit of planning this can be pieced together separately without paying the "Costume store" markup.

It's good for a last-minute costume.

I like how the costume looks, but it's NOT sized well (one size fits all). I'm 5'10", 200 lb. The shirt/vest came to my belly button, and higher if I lifted my arms.
The belt was too loose at it's tightest setting. I'd have to poke new belt-holes so it wouldn't fall off from being so loose (when a bottle was placed in the holster).

I don't understand how you can make a costume with a shirt for someone who's 5'4" and 140 lbs, and also include a belt for someone who's 270 lbs.

Other downsides are cheap material for the belt, and the appron is really thin.
I'm sad, becuase it does look like a good costume, I really wanted to use it. I like the vest/shirt a lot. If they re-make it with sizes and some nicer materials, I'd be interested again.
