my 2 year old put the costume on for the first time and it ripped. it reminded me of a christmas dress because ut was made from velvet like material.

I purchased this costume for my petite four year old daughter to be Annie for Halloween. I ordered a size 4-6 and it was way too SMALL for my daughter. It didn't even cover her bottom side! I didn't expect it to be the best quality for the price but it is terrible and so cheap looking - brought it back and paid a little more for one somewhere else!
