I am petite and dress fit pretty well. Needs improvemnt on back closing. Velco was very scratchy! I was able to wash this dress in the washing machine on delicate or hand wash, held up just fine. I would have liked it if they included the wig and crown with it. Had to buy wig and crown.

This is a nice costume. Nicer than I expected, actually. The fabric is heavy -- much better quality than the typical polyester costume for the same price. It works as more of a compliment to the Shrek costume. I don't think you could wear it without a Shrek and expect people to know what you are. The Shrek ears (mine came without a tiara but the site does warn you that the headpiece is up to their discretion) help a little. As a bonus, it can be used as a basic Renaissance type costume as well.

The design and fabric of this costume is very nice, but when it says it'll fit up to a size 12 they didn't mention how you were going to be able to breathe. This costume runs about a size small, so if you're a in-between size or a busty gal, you'd better look for something else as this costume is for the cute little human Fiona...not the thick Ogre.
