This costume IS truly outrageous!

Wore this for Halloween this year. Looks awesome, fit is good-was easy to move my arms around, etc. and was a very unique costume. I got a lot of compliments on it! Only Cons: is that the dress itself is verrrrry short. Like, bend over and everyone sees your underwear, short. I wore black leggings underneath, and that seemed to do the trick. And the boot covers were difficult to slip on over my 1" heeled boots.
