I'm 5'5, 129 lbs with a 27 inch waist and 36B. The costume was really flattering, but it was super short. I recommend wearing this with something like black leggings, but most women's costumes are like this nowadays, unfortunately. It seemed like the fabric kinda snagged easily too, but it would last at least 2 nights. I'd recommend it if you're a Jem fan like me and have something cute to wear under it so your undies don't show! :)

It's very skimpy, the material is translucent and the slit in the dress goes all the way up. very low in front as well. It fits funny, and there's too much extra material in the back. It also did not need the back closure. The neckline is more than enough.

But still, it's Jem, and she's so fun. I'm just going to wear tights and have fun.

Using this for Halloween. The fit is smaller than described and the fabric is see-through so I need to buy something else to go under it :( I love the concept and was happy to see this being offered, but I wish the fabric was a little more substantial. The costume is extremely revealing which is something I was very unhappy with. I also wish there was one size larger since the sizing is a bit small due to the slit up the front (it is a full slit that meets the waistband).
I still prefer this to other Jem costumes I've seen online :)

piece of junk--- now i was really pleased to see a Jem costume but this is so terribly made! I'm sadly returning mine right away---if it was $5 i'd keep it...but as soon as i took it out of the package, the belt elastic was torn and not attached --and the dress had two spilts on the seams..im sure more would follow if i actually tried to wear it.

really cruddy cheap fabric..weird fit too..i agree with the other review that it looks kind frumpy..

the earrings need to be re-cut out because they are a crooked mess of glitter foam.

the microphone peed glitter all over..
as for the sizing, the belt is very tiny. the waist measurment is very small porportionately..

Jem is awesome and I'd love to buy a better made Jem costume..

Belt looks super cheap.
Dress is completely see through.
Also oddly frumpy despite being both short and low cut.

dress is very vrey flimsy and also very short. it stretches out a lot but would still say it almost runs small. you'd definitely need to wear tights or something underneath.
