I wore this costume for a costume party last year, and it was cute and fit true to size. The skirt is a little itchy, but that is expected with the type of material it is made of. It isn't too short, so if you are looking for something that is a little more on the long side, this would be a good choice.

I bought this costume for this year and was a little worried because the puff skirts are typically to short in the back but this skirt is PERFECT. The only problem i have is i wish it had a zipper. Im more top heavy and it was hard to wiggle my way though the small waist area without damaging the lights but once i got it one it was like i said.. Perfect
