Very easy to move in but unless you plan on standing still, don't move. You definately need an undergarment so you can feel free to move about without your bottom sticking out. I am only 5ft 2in. tall and weigh 120 and the bottom of the costume just barely covers my bottom. Overall cute, but not really functional.
