Comments about Department of Corrections Plus Size Costume:

Here's the thing. This costume (and I believe all of the "plus size" men's costumes) claims to fit up to 6'2 and 300 pounds. So I'm just under 6'1 and weigh 262. It was last minute and I didn't have time to try this on in the store, but I knew it was the biggest thing they had and I was well within the specs, so I threw caution to the wind and bought it in spite of the no return policy. Big mistake! When I went to put it on, I first found that there was no room to wear a tshirt underneath, ok that's fine. But then after stepping into it, I tried to pull it up over my shoulders and got an unpleasant surprise! This jumpsuit might fit someone 6'2, if they had an amazingly short torso and long legs. Personally I needed about another 2-3 inches in length from the shoulders to the crotch. And I'm not top heavy. Super disappointing, as it would have been a pretty decent costume. I will say that it was able to zip up in the front, so I think they honestly tried to make this a "plus size" costume. I just can't imagine what measurements they used to do it. Ultimately, I just couldn't take the pain "down below" and was not able to wear it.
