Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I bought this for a Halloween costume for my 5yr old daughter, she has already tried it on and she loves it. The dress and everything fits well and seems to be made of good material...the hat and wig are really cute and fit well too even.over my daughter's braids and beads!!! I am also going to paint her face with scars and stuff to make her look like an evil rageddy ann doll :)
