Add a spooky touch to your home this Halloween with a flickering amber light (LED) taper candle. No need for you to stay up till the wee hours watching it - turn the taper on at the desired time and it will remain illuminated for 8 hours, turn off, then turn on again at the same time the next day. Antiqued silvertone base adds a vintage touch to your haunted house.

Each candle is a 9" taper with additional 1" flame tip; total assembled height is 12.5"
Set of two candles with two plastic bases
Features an 8/24 hour automatic timer
Requires 2 AAA batteries (not included)
Removable candles

These candles have worked effortlessly for the last two weeks without needing to change the batteries. The only drawback is they did not fit in candle holders I had (too loose) without some tape. I repuposed a candlobra and used the included holders.

I purchased a set for my upcoming "Halloween" themed wedding this year, 2010. Impressed with the appearance and the "timer" feature. I will probably purchase a couple more sets. They are a great alternative to burning real candlesticks and having to worry about them buring out or dripping before your celebration is over. 8 hour lighting time before the timer shuts them off, is plenty of time and can reuse with only having to replace the batteries. I will be able to use them for years to come, on my anniversary and "Halloween" celebrations.
