I have had this bat for five years now and LOVE IT! It has been well used,, one of the wings is taped from running into the wall a few times. We have had to replace the strings a couple times, from them getting tangled and knotted. My husband loves it so much he works on it every year, gives it a nice tune up and it runs like new. This is a must have and a great addition to any Halloween collection. You wouldn't believe the power this bat has, he literally flies in circles fast! And the batteries last. I think this year we will finally retire it and buy a new one.

This makes a wonderful outdoor decoration as long as you don't get it wet. It can also be used indoors with a high ceiling. It doesn't really swoop per say but flies in circles at a constant height. I use mine outdoors for Halloween decorating hung on a fishing line about 12 feet in the air. The bats' eyes glow red from the LEDs and there are also painted on fangs. It is extremely fragile however after discovering my first one on the floor when my cat swatted it off of a table. It broke the arm of the wing but surprisingly the motor still worked.

I bought one of these 3 years ago. It's still going strong. I just bought 2 more. One for me when my 1st one dies out; because they won't make them when I need a replacement, and 1 for my neighbor who loves mine to death.

Make sure you have atleast 4' of space for the bat to fly in circles.

I have had one of these bats for a few years. Very reliable. I purchased 2 more this year. One for myself because I doubt I'll find them when my first one decides to die out and another for my neighbor who loves it to death.

This product is not widely available in other stores. My Halloween would not be complete without at least one. When the bat is hung and flying I've had people from the street come up to my house thinking that a bird had flown in and couldn't get out. You really can't tell that it is attached to a wire. Everyone finds them amazing. At last year's Halloween party I gave out 6 as door prizes. A perfect Halloween gift!

This bat is great! I set up a cemetary scene every year in my front yard and a few of these flying around in the trees overhead with the added affect of fog really gets the trick or treaters attention.

I have 18 grandkids and had one of these flying bats for years. It broke last year, and they were all really disappointed. I have 2 of them now, and as soon as the grandkids walk in the house, I have to turn them on. They Love it, and it really flies!!

I didn't expect much for the price but this little guy is even better than advertised. He flaps and circles for hours on two batteries and everyone who sees it wants one.

I didn't attach it using screws, I just put a hook through one of the holes in the mounting thing and so my bat flies in jerky circles that ended up making it look more real. It's very easy to put up.
