This costume was cheaply made. I didn't even get the chance to actually wear the costume on Halloween because it ripped beforehand! I tried it on before I bought it and it seemed nice at first...but I am 5'6" and only weigh 125 lbs and I bought a large sized costume because the medium did not fit me! The stockings ripped, the Velcro fell apart, and in the back of the costume it ripped. I just don't know what it was with this costume, but it did not work for me. It's very cheaply made, so I DO NOT recommend that someone spend the money on this.

im 5ft around 100lb this was still short and da back is held by 3 small velcro patches..it was just a waste

I thought this was a pretty good costume because of all the stuff that came with it. I am 5' 2'' and a half, and I'm 97 pounds and the small was SLIGHTLY loose on me. The arm bands were ridiculously tight on my stick skinny arms tho! My only problem with it is the velcro, but I can sew, so I will add a zipper to it. Besides that, I thought it was a very cute buy!

OMG! This is the best costume ever! I had to get this costume because when I saw it I just said to my mind this costume is PERFECT!!!!!!!! I went to the Spirit Halloween store with my mom because I bought this Alice outfit it's the 2010 one "New one" and the alice costume just ripped down the middle by the buttons just by hanging it up on a hanger! So me and her went to Spirit store to get a new costume and so I got this costume because I thought it just was PERFECT for ME!!!!!!!!

The front of the costume is cute, but its not long enough to cover your behind. Though the stockings do cover it up. If you don't want people to see your behind don't don't get this.

I was skeptical after reading the reviews, but I went to the local Spirit and tried it on. I'm thirteen, about 105 lb.s, and 5'5-5'6. I tried on a small it it was still pretty big on me.. And to think I was going to try on a medium! The only real con has little to do with the costume, and more with my chest. I'm a 32 A and the chest was pretty big on me, so I bought gel cups to fit in my bra to fill it up. The arm bands are a little tight, but I'm going to stretch them out so they fit. Best costume I ever had! BUY IT!!!!!

This is a great costume and it is very affordable since it already comes with many accessories like wings. I agree with a lot of people about the velcro being kind of annoying but it's not that big of a deal. Most people are saying it fits tight but that's actually the main reason I chose this costume. I'm 19 years old but only 4'9" so costumes that fit the average person normally are huge on me. Since this one runs small, it fits me perfectly.

This is a great costume, but poor construction on the back closure. There are only three 1x1 velcro squares, spaced about 3in apart to close the back. If you bend or twist, they pop open. I did not find that the costume ran small as some posted, but the fabric is definitely not forgiving by any means! Also, the bust area lands mid-bust on me which is a little annoying. I'd say buy this costume early so you can sew in a zipper and add an inch at the shoulder seams to have it fit appropriately. However, with all the accessories that come with it I think it is a great price and saves the trouble of finding accessories on your own. Just shoes. :)

I am 5'7 and weigh 125 and wear a small in everything... but not this! I had to get a medium which is fine but I don't know if this was made for short girls or what because I don't consider my self that tall, but the tights were wayy too short! I had to cut holes in the bottom and wear them as leggings - they were that short! Also the body of the dress fit but the worst thing of all was the back of this dress has 3 little velcro pieces that hold it together! NOT GOOD ENOUGH PEOPLE! I had to use four giant pins to close the back of the dress and ensure that if i danced around it wouldn't keep popping open. Other than that it is cute, original and i got compliments on it and i do like it. My arms are far from chunky and I found the arm bands very tight too. Its just an over all strange fit... really made for a short fairy i guess. I plan on trying to add a zipper myself so that i can wear it again next year. Also, bought the wig that matches this and the hairs fall out of it way too easy.

This costume is beautiful. The colors are just gorgeous and from the front, it looks adorable and sexy. The back attaches by velcro which doesn't seem to stay stuck together well. The good thing is that the wings pretty much cover this up. Only other down side is the wings attach by an elastic band which I found uncomfortable. I'm going to try pinning the wings on or attaching another way.

I agree with the other comments. I just bought the costume (two days before Halloween), so I couldn't be very picky. The costume is actually very pretty unlike others I had tried on. Material is nice, but the back is held together by velcro! A zipper would have been a much better choice for the manufacturer! The best part of this costume is that all the accessories (even tights) are included--a real value!

Ordered a small for my daughter who is 5'5" and skinny, but the costume was way too tight on her. Too Short!!It didn't even cover her bum!! and forget about trying to close it in the back with the 3 velcro pieces..cheap! There is no give with this costume. There is no size chart for this item, so look at items that will give you accurate sizing.

The Back is absolutley HORRIBLE!! I was soooo excited to finally buy a costume for Halloween from Spencers and when I went to try it on I was disgusted how cheap the effort into making a good costume was.

The only big problem I have with this garment is the velcro used in-lieu of a zipper in the back. It looks messy and leaves gaps between the velcro spots. Otherwise this really is a cute and comfy costume, especially if you can take a couple minutes to sew a zipper into it.

Not sure what the deal is, but all of the line of Amy Brown's costumes runs super small. I guess she took the word nymph, seriously! I am not a large girl, but im tall w/curves and all of the costumes are made for either someone rail thin, super short or a teen girl with no chest. They run really small and are always super short.

well the front of the outfit is absolutly wonderful.. But the back is just plain beige and to keep it on its just little pieces of velcro and its not that well made. I would recomend this to a friend to is really skinny
