I bought one of these units and it arrived in non working order. I called customer support and they shipped me a 2nd unit to replace the 1st unit. The second unit arrived with the same mechanical fault as the 1st unit.
I didn't disassemble the units to find out what the problem was but it acts like the eccentric weight which swings around to make the unit squirm has come out of it's track. Both units make a loud and rapid banging noise but don't vibrate like the product video or description relate.
I don't know if it's due to poor design, poor quality control, or rough shipping but I'm batting 0% with this product.

Think we could have made this ourselves at home. Looks like spider webbing wrapped around hanger wire with a skull head at the bottom. The only thing is that he shakes. Wasn't to impressed with this purchase.

has potential, like that its life size, but the vibration on it is really weak....and it should light up to give it a better effect. i added a led light under it to make it glow...made it better...needs a better motor to make it vibrate more though.only part that even does is the feet up top...rest stays still..otherwie its ok

Comments about 72 Inch Animated Cocoon Corpse:
It only shakes and that is because of a vibrating unit all the way up at the feet. No light up eyes or any other movements.

Comments about 72 Inch Animated Cocoon Corpse:
It has nice creepy appeal. But when turned on makes flapping noise when shaking. I got the first one & only the feet moved while making this noise. The customer service was great. They sent me a new one without any problem but it wasnt much better. So I hung them up & decided not to turn them on as that ruined the scary affect I was going for.

I was hoping it would move better than it does but the feet are the only thing that moves well

This item (which looked good) was not good at all. I actually returned it to the store and got 2 more animated tombstone pop-ups. Returning items from an on line purchase back to the store was very painful and time consuming. It did though give me the opportunity to look and purchase to more item.

Comments about 72 Inch Animated Cocoon Corpse:
I already had a hanging web wrapped corpse from another company. They hang above my front door covered in webs with big spiders all around. I thought adding a second that shook or wiggled would scare more people. This one barely jiggles, the breeze from someone walking by moves it more than it does by itself. Just too much bother to pack and return it.

We have a giant spider web and this is going to add the perfect flare! Perfectly spooky, looks realistic, lightweight enough to hand easily. Slightly delicate gauze which easily snags leaves, and other debris. Planning to use it outdoors - only hope it lasts!

Comments about 72 Inch Animated Cocoon Corpse:
The prop looks amazing, folds into itself and is very light weight. Under the proper lighting (green or blacklight) it looks very life like. However, the animation does leave a little do be desired. It is very minimal and is just a constant shaking effect. The motor is at the base of the feet and hardly shakes the rest of the body. Based on the looks, it's hard to give it a very bad rating.
