Awesome product! Totally freaked out my wife when she walked in the room!! Compacts for easy storage in the original box. The supports to keep the impressive 6ft height have to be reinforced but is easily done with a prop stick in the pant leg. Great detail under the mask...highly recommend this figure!

Jason was just delivered about an hour ago, he is unpacked and fully together (In the box he was fully put together, with the exception of his head, machette & AC connection...takes about 2 min to do that).... Works great, and he will be a perfect addition till next Halloween standing behind my bar in the cellar :) (couldnt beat Spirit with Jason 50% off....)
Only complaint really is Jason will not goto full height, he right now stands about 5 1/2 feet tall... will not lock into place as it states he is supposed to (only reason for 4 stars instead of 5) -- I will figure out a way to prop him to full height.... My 11 yr old and 3 yr old both love Jason already!!!!

I wanted the life size Jason since last year, this year we found him on line through Spirit. I love it! We had him set up for our annual Halloween party and everyone stopped to stare at him or take his picture. We actually had a couple guests that thought he was a real person. I read other reviews that stated there was a problem with Jason clicking in to place to keep his over 6 foot height, but we didn't have a problem. My tall husband said he felt small compared to Jason. His face, especially his eyes make him look so real. And like most of those who reviewed this product, he does give you a scare when you come across him unexpectantly.

Love it!! My boyfriend and I put Jason in our foyer. It still creeps us out when we have to leave the house and turn the corner to go downstairs. It looks like a real person standing at the end of the stairwell.

Okay here it goes and I will try to make this brief.
I own a lot of these animatronics. I have Michael Myers, Jason Voorhees, Reaper of Souls, dead lift Zombie, and the crawling man. Jason is the best and here are my reasons:
His knife moves to the sound coming out of the speakers so it is very realistic. His face is a rubber material over a shell and looks very real, Myers is a plastic head(still cool though). His clothes are perfect. The knife looks the most realistic out of the others. HE IS HUGE! Just awesome! Can't go wrong with this one.
Michael Myers is cool don't get me wrong, but in my opinion he is not as good as Jason. Michael's eyes are very realistic and hair is cool. Knife looks a little cheesy though.
Reaper of Souls is amazing! He is as tall as Jason and very well made.
Dead Lift Zombie is another one of my favorites. Very cool and well made.
Crawling man I really like. He had some hair in the photo that made him look really good, but that was only in the photo. I like him and he is awseome, but he looks better in the pic.
I would recommend the one I mentioned in this article. I have seen all of them and there are some others I would get if it was feasible, but these are my first choices.

This thing is scary as hell! I've had it for over a week now and he keeps catching me off guard as I think theres a visitor in my hallway.. with a hockey mask on.. and a machette! The sounds are very cool and the detail on the face under the mask is very high quality. I love the way the eyes move! *NOTE* The legs do not lock in place at full height. Since its collapsable, he just kind of springs up and down and will begin to settle at a lower height. I had to wedge something between his torso and the leg crossbar inside of the display to keep him standing tall. -1 star for that. I was expecting more for the price. Otherwise, perfect!

holy crud! best prop i own! Jason was a hit! i have only one concern, the machete swings slightly lower than expected, but besides that its awesome! i also plan on ordering your RZ Michael Myers and a freddy krueger (if i can find one). I have a house haunt every year which is always the best house in the development and jason went really good with it, and it makes the ch ch ch ch ah ah ah from the 1980 movie! This is an amazing prop. It is probably the closest thing to Ken Kirzinger you could get without it being him! The Jason is animated and is perfectly synched to the sound effects. Everytime I see it, I think someone is really standing there! It looks that real! Watching head on, the eyes move back and forth, and there appears to be life behind the soul-less plastic. The motions are really animated and better than the other life sized props this company has made in the recent years. The machete has a good weight to it to make the actions more believable. However, there is one bad thing. On mine, at least, it's really springy and won't go to its full height. I believe this is due to the fact that it's been stored in the box in a warehouse for a long time. However, this DOES NOT limit all the good qualities of this product. It may have shrunk a few inches, but it is the best and scariest thing I have ever purchased. At this price, it's a bargain. So, quit reading reviews and go and buy it!

This is awesome! before buying, i watched the video...scared the bejeezers outta me! Its very scary and lifelike...last year, little kids refused to come up to the door! Jason is HUGE and you can remove his mask and show his deformed face. I have the micheal myers too and he towers over him. My daughter is so freaked out by him. She tells me to put his mask on. Definatly buy him he's so awsome i cant wait till halloween to put him out on my front porch ::)

I can't say anything bad about this prop!!! it was a definite crowd gatherer last year! We had to have the police out front directing traffic a couple of times! about the only thing that is a con about this is it's not recommended for outdoor use. I honestly can't think of why someone would want this hidden in there house! I built a little house around mine so that it could stand the rain.

Every year we throw large Halloween costume parties. Our visitors always admire the morose decorations. Last year I decided to purchase Jason because he looked so menacing. We placed him in the foyer area to greet our party guests. They were captivated by him! They couldn't discern if he was a real person. He was the hit of the party because he appeared to be incredibly authentic. Not to mention the music added to the effect and made Jason feel even more sinister.
This year when we went to plug him in, we smelled something electrical burning and discovered the speakers blew. Now we are using him as a prop. I am very disappointed - for the amount of money I paid, I expected him to fully function the following year.

Great Animatronic Action!

This Animated Jason is a fun lifesize figure great for collectors and folks looking to add some Halloween spirit to their homes.
This Jason looks very much like Jason as he appeared in the blockbuster movie "Freddy Vs Jason". The appearance is really good with the only con being the gloves he wears. This would have looked better if the hands were not gloved and appeared rotted and zombielike. But that's just a minor gripe.
The real magic here is watching Jason's arm swing up and slash down with his machete! And even better, his realistic looking eyes move with his head, giving it an even more realistic appearance. The movement is fantastic! Also, we hear the infamous "Ha Ha Chh Chh" sound from the Friday The 13th movies play as Jason moves. Very cool!!
This Jason has found a permanent home in my studio where he can be displayed all year round. For those who just want to display him at Halloween time, he easily compacts down to 3 feet and can be stored in his box.
I hope to see more products like this soon. Perhaps an Animated Freddy with his arm slicing forward with his razor glove. Of course, they would have to make the face right- make it look Like Freddy did in Nightmare 2, 3, and 4... then we'll be golden!!!
