GREAT... except for one thing

Neck size WAY too small, Uncomfortable
Best Uses:
Costume Parties, Halloween

This cape was nearly perfect... but the neck was simply too small to work properly considering it will be worn over some type of shirt.

It might be an OK size for an older teenager, but it's not designed to fit an adult.

I'm thinking an adjustable closure (use a longer velcro tab) of about 15-17.5 inches would work well.

At the 17.5-inch size neck opening the cape would probably not drape quite correctly. This is due to the shape of the shoulders in the cape - NOT GOOD! You could put shoulder pads under there...
