I bought this product to use in movies for special effects. I also bought a zombie attachment. It works good and produces plenty of fog, but it can be loud and when i used the attachment it started making weird noises and went i turned it off it kept spewing fog for like 5 minutes. I think if your on a low budget and want to impress your friends, then chose another low budget fog machine that WILL impress your friends. i still use it in movies and block out the sound with scary music.

The package says "indoor or covered outdoor", but in truth it's useless outdoors.

Frankly I'm disappointed. It does work, but I've had *much* better fog machines, for not much more money. The wireless remote is nice (careful though, it's tiny and easy to misplace), but I can't say the same for the machine itself. It takes a long time to warm up, makes an unimpressive amount of fog for a minute at most, then has to warm up again.

If you just want to add a little ambiance to an indoor party, it's probably good enough. But for a serious haunted house, and certainly for outdoor use, you're want something more powerful.

It was so great at my haunted house, it gave it a good effect with my strobe and leather face chainsaw. It is highly recommended if you are looking for a fog machine.

This machine didn't use as much liquid fogger as I thought it would, which is a good thing. I filled up the container and was able to use it throughout the night. Since it is remote controlled, you could make it come on as needed instead of it continually running and making fog. It really puts out a lot of fog each time the remote control is pressed. It was a lot of fun to use with the kids.

This fogger functions well for indoor use. I haven't tried it outside but can tell that it may not fog very far. It's a great starter unit due to the price. NOTES!! - It is true that it does not come with a fog timer, but most units in this price range don't. That's why you need to buy a fog timer if you want it to go off automatically. Be sure to get one that is compatible! I thought I was getting one cheap at [...]and found out that it doesn't operate this unit.Also if you are a beginner, you need to start looking into fog chiller solutions. I got a large cauldron from Spirit last year and converted it into a fog chiller so that the fog comes out of the cauldron and clings better to the floor. Without chilling the fog, it floats immediately into the air and you just get a cloudy room.

I lke this Fog Machine, But it becomes a hassle when it shuts off after 20 - 30 sec's of operation. Then you have to press the remote button to start it up again. So you cant walk away if your doing special effect's for halloween. It need's a different kind of operation switch that is automatic.

This fog machine works silently and effiently. It makes light and wispy fog which is perfect for graveyard scenes, or anything of that nature. We origionally bought this this machine for the 2008 season and have enjoyed it ever since. It is light weight, small, and has a high output for a 400w machine. And the price is great for 3 years of continuous use.
