Q: I'm looking for a specific item, but I don't see it online. Can I still get it?
A: The bad news is that if an item isn't pictured online, it is not available at this time. We are constantly receiving shipments for online and our local stores. Please check back with our website frequently for availability.
Q: When I put the size and everything in, it says available and ready to ship, but when I try to put it into my cart, it says out of stock. What's the deal?
A: Well…unfortunately, our website is not always capable of refreshing as quickly as we would like. So even though an item may say it is available, if you can't add the item to the cart, the item is out of stock and will most likely be updated within 24 business hours.
Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?
A: The words "In Stock" will appear next to the item on the product detail page. You will be able to add the item to your cart and the inventory will be available to ship.
Q: The item says "out of stock", but I really want it! Will it be coming back in stock anytime soon?
A: Some of our items will be coming back in stock. Please make sure that you are not doing a general web search for a specific product. If you are, the product is most likely a retired product. We suggest checking back with us frequently to see if the item becomes available.
Remember… some out of stock items are available for Pre-Order and are noted as such on the product detail page, along with their estimated in-stock date. Just add the product you want to pre-order to your cart and check out as usual..
Q: What if I have a specific question about a product?
A: Our products contain detailed descriptions on their product detail page. Sometimes you may need to click on the 'More Info' link to view the entire product description. Here are some tools that you can use to help answer your questions:
- Item Number: The item number identifies the specific product you are currently viewing. You can use the number when you want to go back and search for the specific product.
- More Info: This will allow you access to the additional product information.
- 'What's Included' link: This is located under the Star Review. It provides information on what is and is not included with the product.
- Size Chart: A size chart link is provided in the 'Add to Cart' box for those with sizing questions.
- Q and A Box: We also have a 'Q and A' box located with our Product reviews where your question may have already been asked and answered.
Q: What if I have additional questions that aren't on the product page…like sizing, material, dimensions, or what's included?
A: Our products contain features in the product detail pages given to us directly from the manufacturer that can assist you in learning more about the product. We are continuously updating this information as we receive it.
Q: How do I determine the correct size for me?
A: There is a size chart link provided in the 'Add to Cart' box on the product description page. The link is located under the drop down menu for 'Select Size'. Click on the link and the size chart for the product will pop up in a separate window. Please keep in mind that the chart provided is the general size chart from the manufacturer so not all the sizes listed are available for purchase. To know what sizes are available use the 'Select Size' drop down menu. If in doubt, it's usually best to order the larger size. Please note that bodysuit costumes such as many superhero costumes are meant to be tight fitting.
Q: Why is the purchase of Toy Guns restricted?
A: Certain products offered for sale by Spirit Halloween are restricted from delivery to certain states and municipalities.
These locations have laws preventing the sale of these goods in these areas.
Spirit Halloween has identified those restrictions under state law and will not ship prohibited items to the identified locations. For more information please review local and or state laws.
