Returning an Item
The invoice slip in your package will contain detailed instructions on how to return an item. Here are a few basic requirements for returns:
- Items must be received in new and unused condition and not missing any items (including the original packaging).
- Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
- Items must be received in the original unopened and factory sealed package. (Please look at item carefully before opening the factory sealed packaging.)
Return Policy
Halloween items being returned must be postmarked no later than October 16, 2008 to receive full credit. All returns accompanied by the original invoice will be refunded for the full amount of the merchandise and sales tax. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement. Merchandise returned without original invoice will not be processed / refunded. Items must be received in new and unused condition and not missing any items (including the original packaging). Items must be received in the original unopened and factory sealed package – please look at the item carefully before opening the factory sealed package. Any return received with missing items, or without original packaging or opened packaging will not be credited. Please pack your return merchandise in the original package if possible and use the pre-paid Fedex return label provided. You may drop off return packages at any FedEx Kinko’s location, FedEx Kinko'sSM Ship Center, or FedEx Authorized ShipCenter®.
