Q: When should I see my refund?

A: Refunds are usually applied within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) from the date the returned product arrives at our warehouse. During the Halloween season this process may take up to 4 weeks. (Please save your tracking information.)

A: We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from SPIRIT Halloween, so…We will gladly accept returns that are unworn with the original accessories, are in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging within 14 days of you receiving the items. Please note: We cannot refund the shipping charges. Also, if you use our Return and Exchange Center we deduct the amount of the return shipping from your refund.

During the Halloween season, we accept returns for online orders to our return center postmarked prior to October 24th 2015.

Q: How do I use the Return & Exchange center for my return?

A: Click here to go to our Return & Exchange page. Once there follow these steps:

  • Enter the order # of your purchase and your billing zip code and click ‘Continue’.
  • On the next page confirm the information and select the label you need.
  • Select the items you need to return.
  • If you select ‘Return’ confirm the order number provided. If it is not the correct order number, return to the original page and start again.
  • Click ‘Get Label’.
  • Print the return label. Please tape the label securely to the return so it doesn’t fall off the package in transit.
  • Be sure to include your invoice with your return!
  • The US Postal Service can take the your pre-paid return package, so drop it off at your local Post Office or give it to your postal carrier. Since the US Postal Service is shipping these packages the service is only available in the 50 states.

Please keep in mind that the return shipping cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

  • We will credit the return to the original credit/debit card used to place your order. If purchase was made through PayPal, the refund will be issued back to the credit/debit card present.

Q: How do I exchange my order?

A: First, place an online order for the replacement item(s) you'd like. You need to place a new order so we can be sure to have inventory on what you want and so we can send the items right away. Please note you will receive credit only for our Economy shipping service level for your replacement order. You can use a different shipping service for your replacement order; but you are responsible for the charges above our Economy shipping.

Next, click here to go to our Returns & Exchange Center and follow these steps. Enter the order # of your original purchase and your billing zip code and click 'Continue'.

Q: Can I refuse an International Economy order?

A: International Economy shipments CANNOT be refused upon delivery. International Economy is the cheapest shipping method for our Canada orders. If an order is being shipped to Canada that you no longer wish to keep you will need to either return the product to your local SPIRIT Halloween store (during the Halloween season no later than October 17th 2014) or you need to mail it back to our warehouse in Pataskala, OH. The shipping cost to return the package is the responsibility of the guest. Please keep in mind that a refund is only issued for the returned product, the shipping cost is nonrefundable.

A: Our SPIRIT Halloween stores are seasonal locations which are usually open from the end of August to the beginning of November. You have until October 17, 2015 to make any returns or exchanges as long as the items are unworn, has the original accessories, are in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging. You will also need to have your receipt. After October 17, 2015 all sales become final.

A: As our stores are only seasonal locations you have until October 17, 2015 to make any returns or exchanges as long as the items are unworn, has the original accessories, are in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging. You will also need to have your receipt. After October 17, 2015 all sales become final.
