Returning an Item
The invoice slip in your package will contain detailed instructions on how to return an item. Here are a few basic requirements for returns:
- Items must be received in new and unused condition and not missing any items (including the original packaging).
- Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
- Items must be received in the original factory packaging and resealed if opened. (Please look at item carefully before opening the factory sealed packaging.)
Return Policy
All returns accompanied within 21 days of purchase will be refunded for the full amount of merchandise and sales tax. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Merchandise returned without original invoice will not be processed or refunded. Items must be received in the original factory sealed packaging and be resealed if opened. Any return with missing items, or without original packaging will not be credited. Pack your returned merchandise in the original package if possible and return to the following address:

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return shipment.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee on all products returned to the warehouse, including refused orders. When the return is processed, the restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price.
