If you provided a valid email address when you ordered, you will receive two emails:
- The first email will be sent to confirms your order.
- The second email confirms the shipment of your order.
Cancelling Your Order
You have a limited amount of time to cancel your order. As we try to ship orders out as quickly as possible, We are unable to guarantee any cancellations. If your order is cancelled, you will not be billed onto your credit card.
Is your order late?
When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you may want to consider the following:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing your order.
- Shipping only occurs on business days – Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Orders received by Noon Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Please check the table below to determine the maximum estimated time delivery.

Tracking your order
Registered users may track their order status from the 'Your Account' section of the website. At this time, it is only possible to track orders placed after you register with SpiritHalloween.com. To track an order placed before registering, please contact us at 1-800-COSTUME.
Registered users can check order status by:
- Selecting 'Your Account' from the upper toolbar from anywhere within the site.
- Login with your user name and password.
- Click on the 'Order History' link.
- Click on the 'Order#' (Order Id) to obtain order and shipment detail information.
- If your order was shipped, a tracking number will appear on a button next to the 'Tracking Number' field. By clicking the button, you can track you package shipment status.
