Snag some of the kids’ trick-or-treating candy & make it your own!
· 1 cup peanut butter
· ½ cup butter
· ½ cup shortening
· 1 cup sugar
· 2 eggs
· 2 & ½ cups flour (sifted)
· 1 teaspoon baking soda
· 1 teaspoon baking powder
· ½ teaspoon salt
· 1 bag miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter cups
· 1 cup peanut butter
· ½ cup butter
· ½ cup shortening
· 1 cup sugar
· 2 eggs
· 2 & ½ cups flour (sifted)
· 1 teaspoon baking soda
· 1 teaspoon baking powder
· ½ teaspoon salt
· 1 bag miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter cups
Mix together peanut butter, butter, & shortening. Add sugar & brown sugar until the mixture is fluffy. Add eggs & beat. Add half of flour, baking soda, baking powder, & salt & mix. Once thoroughly blended, add other ½ of those ingredients & mix until completely blended. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll 1 inch balls & place on nonstick cooking sheet. Flatten each with a fork & lightly press a miniature peanut butter cup in the middle. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
