Here's a great thing to bring along to the Halloween parties.  Eyeballs!

You'll need:

• 2 cans of lychee fruit - no seeds
• 1 container fresh blueberries (frozen may work also)
• 1 jar strawberry preserves
• 1 large clear glass jar or large platter

Take a lychee and stuff some strawberry preserves into the hole & place a blueberry in the hole afterwards. Make a bunch of them. Put on platter, or in our case, fill the glass jar.  Looks like eyeballs. Great conversation piece and looks good on the food table!!!
