  • Do you ship to international addresses?
    We currently ship to the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and Canada. 
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Below are the estimated times for orders placed on Spirithalloween.com. Orders received by noon, eastern standard time, Monday through friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Once your purchase clears credit card authorization, the following estimated shipping times apply:

  • How do I track my order?
    Your order will ship by FedEx or USPS.  The carrier is determined by the quickness and the location of the delivery.  If the order is shipped by USPS, no tracking information will be provided.  It will take 3-8 business days for your package to be delivered.

    If your package is shipped by FedEx, the tracking information and a link with the tracking info will appear on your shipment confirmation email.  As a reminder, although you receive tracking information for your package, it might take up to 2 days for the carrier to provide any information on their website.

  • What is your return policy?
    Click Returns & Refunds.
  • When will my credit card be billed?
    We will preauthorize your credit card when you place your order, but it won't actually get charged until we ship your order.
